Online Course
“Your Personal Safety”
We've developed this online course for students in grades 10–11, who interact daily across different environments — at school, outside of it, and online — and face real challenges in communication. The course helps them better understand their rights, recognize personal boundaries, identify difficult situations, and know how to respond.
Through an interactive format — video, slides, and animations — participants gain practical tools for everyday life and come to understand that talking about their feelings and difficulties is a sign of strength and maturity.
The program will be useful not only for students, but also for teachers, parents, and other adults striving to create a safe environment for children.
The course consists of 7 short videos that can be watched at one's own pace. Total course duration: 17 minutes.
Format: remote, asynchronous learning.
Upon completion, each participant receives a certificate.

We created this online course together with high school students from Lviv schools. It includes videos from the winners of the "HOVORY" marathon, in which teenagers model typical situations of boundary violations, online risks, and the importance of asking for help. This helps young people better understand how to protect themselves.
The course is based on five crucial safety rules:
Learn to say “stop” when something feels uncomfortable.
Understand that your body and personal boundaries belong only to you.
Recognize the importance of speaking up about what worries you.
Stand against bullying and cyberbullying.
Know the basics of digital safety.
