“Your Personal Safety”

This online course is designed for students in grades 1 - 4. It helps children understand that everyone has rights, teaches them to protect their boundaries, to distinguish between safe and unsafe touches, to speak up about things that worry them, and to know whom to turn to for help.

To make learning more engaging and understandable for children, we specially created a fairy-tale character – Chubchyk. Ukrainian actor Oleh Pryhoda serves as his voice. In a playful format, students will watch videos, slides, and animations to understand that their feelings are essential and that speaking about a problem is courageous.

The program is beneficial not only for students but also for teachers, parents, and adults who want to create a safe environment for children.

The course is offered remotely and asynchronously, lasting 10 minutes. You can access it at any time that's convenient for you. Each participant will receive a certificate upon completing the online course.

This knowledge will help children feel safe and happy at home, at school, and online.

We have prepared five simple rules:

• Say "stop" if something feels uncomfortable.

• Remember that your body belongs only to you.

• Share your feelings with trusted adults.

• Know that bullying at school is unacceptable.

• Follow online safety rules.
